We have worked on programs and projects from as little as £10k to those with budgets of over a billion (government work) no objective is to big or small for Lloyd Expert Consultancy Ltd.
We use the relevant methodology, theory and practices for the objective but don't believe in one method fits all. However each program and project has a common goal of success on delivery of the objective according to the time, delivery and budget.

We don't believe the PM should cost the earth and often are cheaper than an external contractor due to our ability to pull on the necessary resources for our clients and the number of management tools we have available.
