Lloyd Expert Consultancy Ltd is a young, independent, intelligent and vibrant Financial Services Consultancy firm based in London, Manchester and Edinburgh.
The company was established in 2017 following demand from several financial service based clients, over a variety of reasons from Fund Setup, Fund Manager selection to change of an Authorised Corporate Director (ACD), Depositary, Custodian, Transfer Agency and Fund Accounting, within the UK market place.
We are completely independent and work incredibly hard on the side of our clients whilst having a deep understanding across the market place. We make no apologies for our approach and the effort we put in on behalf of clients who are at the heart of our organisation.
We navigate through important objectives in the most efficient and effective way possible or develop the strategy based on over 20 years experience and client interactions.
Whether that is finding the right manager to manage client money in a traditional Model Portfolio Service (MPS) or developing a dedicated Fund to assisting setup, negotiation for a fund range to the best outcome.
This primary need was driven by client frustrations and their challenges regarding the right solution for them.
The market place can be a mine field and many clients feel that a solution is often provided that won't necessarily address all of their requirements.
The regulator itself can find the marketplace a challenge and often tries to address this by a thematic review or firm engagement.
Lloyd Experts mitigate any risk by carefully and constructively managing this entire process for our clients.

Following over 20 years in change / strategic management within the financial services sector and managing budgets ranging from thousands to billions it is clear that all firms will continually need to develop their business.
