European interest in UK ACD Marketplace

Many European providers of MANCO services still see huge value in entering the UK Marketplace to become an ACD also for clients who want exposure on both sides of the water.
However being a MANCO is far easier than becoming an ACD and we are finding that when firms are investigating there are some significant differences which can be challenging.
