With over 20 years experience as a minimum, as the requirement for all our programme and project managers (PM) we pride ourselves on the ability to ensure objectives are kept on budget and to schedule.

We have worked on programs and projects from as little as £10k to those with budgets of over a billion (government work) no objective is to big or small for Lloyd Expert Consultancy Ltd.

How We Work

We use the relevant methodology, theory, and practices for the objective but don't believe in one method fits all. However, each program and project has a common goal of success in the delivery of the objective according to the time, delivery, and budget.

All our PMs do follow the Project Management Professional (PMI) approach, giving clients an understanding and delivery against the principals.

Our Experts are members of PMI to ensure only the highest standards are maintained and knowledge is refreshed on a regular basis, implementing the various stages of a project.
