We have been asked a number of times our view on the regulators role in the 'Woodford' situation that raises some very serious and valid questions.
Given the FCA's self referral over the 'Connaught' matter to Judge Raj Parker and the findings which were fully accepted.
We think there is a valid case to bring in a judge appointed independent review to the regulators role and we very much hope the regulator feels the same way...
